Cancellation Refund

We respect your time, energy, and faith—and we expect the same in return. This policy outlines when refunds apply, when they don’t, and how we process them with clarity and fairness.

Consultation Sessions (Relationship Guidance / Spiritual Counseling)

Non-refundable. Consultation fees are invested in reserved time, preparation, and expertise. Once a session is booked/held, the fee is not refundable.

Kundali (Birth Chart) Creation & Interpretation

Non-refundable after delivery. Kundali work involves extensive, individualized analysis. Once prepared and/or interpreted, fees cannot be refunded.

Worship, Yagya, and Puja

Completed processes: No refunds. Rituals consume time, materials, and sacred effort that cannot be undone.
Discontinued mid-process: If you choose to stop an ongoing worship/yagya/puja before completion, only the unused materials for the remaining portion are eligible for reimbursement.

How the partial reimbursement works

Scope: Refund covers unused materials only, not time, labor, priestly honorarium, or already-performed rites.
Timeline: Once discontinuation is confirmed and unused value is assessed, refunds are processed within 14 working days.
Example: Materials were arranged for a 10-day process; you discontinue after day 7 → reimbursement applies to the unused portion estimated for days 8–10.

Refund Method & Timeline

Method: Refunded to the original payment method, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
Processing window: Within 14 working days after valuation of unused materials is finalized.
Confirmation: You’ll receive a notification once the refund is initiated.

Conditions & Exclusions

Refunds apply only to the unused portion of materials for incomplete ritual processes.
Fees for services already rendered (consultations, performed rituals, preparation time) are not refundable.
Bank/payment-gateway charges, currency conversion differences, or transfer fees (if any) may be outside our control and are not reimbursable.
We may request basic verification to confirm payee and transaction details before issuing a refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (Sessions)

Rescheduling: Please inform us as early as possible; late changes may be treated as a used session at our discretion (non-refundable).
No-shows: Missed appointments are considered completed for billing purposes.

Fairness Principle

Our aim is simple: honor the work done, reimburse what wasn’t used, and keep the process transparent and timely.
