What these terms cover (Scope of Services)

Pandit Dayaram Joshi offers relationship guidance, personal counsel, and spiritual consultation. These are interpretive, insight-oriented services intended to support reflection, growth, and clarity. They complement (not replace) your own judgment and any specialist advice you may need.

No promises, no certainties (Nature of Guidance)

All guidance is subjective and based on traditional knowledge, experience, and your inputs. Life is complex; outcomes vary across individuals and circumstances. No result is guaranteed, expressed or implied.

Not a substitute for professionals (Use of Information)

Please seek qualified help for legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters. Our sessions are not professional advice in those domains. You remain responsible for how you understand and apply any insights shared.

Rituals, yagyas, and third-party priests (Optional Recommendations)

Sometimes we may suggest rituals/worship to be performed by independent professionals (e.g., Pandits/Acharyas). These are options, never obligations.

By choosing any such process, you agree that:

you act by your own free will;
Pandit Dayaram Joshi is not responsible for the execution, materials, conduct, timing, or outcomes of any third-party work; and
we assume no liability for results or experiences arising from external services.

Eligibility & respectful space

Services are intended for adults (18+). We maintain a respectful environment. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

Appointments, fees, and refunds

Fees are payable in advance before a session or package begins.
Payments for consultations/spiritual guidance are generally non-refundable once time or preparation has been allocated.
If a service includes materials for rituals (e.g., samagri for a yagya), your financial responsibility is limited to what’s actually used.
- Example: Materials arranged for 10 days, you discontinue after 7 → your responsibility extends only to the unused portion for the remaining 3 days on a pro-rated basis (where applicable).
- Fees already applied to time, preparation, or used materials are not refundable.
Rescheduling: please inform us as early as possible; late changes may count as a used session at our discretion.

Confidentiality & data handling

We keep your information confidential, except where disclosure is legally required. Share only what you’re comfortable sharing. Storage and handling of personal information follow our Privacy Policy (separate document); please review it for details.

Your responsibility (Informed Choice)

You are the final decision-maker in your life. By using our services, you acknowledge that actions you take are your responsibility, and that our guidance is insight, not instruction.

Intellectual property

Methods, frameworks, writings, recordings, and materials shared in sessions are the intellectual property of Pandit Dayaram Joshi. You receive a personal, non-commercial right to use them for your own growth. No reproduction, distribution, public posting, or commercial use without prior written permission.

Communications & testimonials

We may contact you via the details you provide (e.g., email/WhatsApp) for scheduling or service updates.
Testimonials or reviews you voluntarily submit may be used only with your consent; you may request removal in line with our policies.

Disclaimers & limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”;
No warranties (express or implied) are made regarding outcomes;
Pandit Dayaram Joshi is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, data, or opportunities) arising from the use or inability to use the services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pandit Dayaram Joshi from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control—e.g., natural disasters, strikes, power/internet outages, public emergencies, or government actions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use of services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India for any dispute arising from these Terms or the services.

Severability, no waiver, entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the services, supplemented by the Privacy Policy.
